Respondent Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the condition to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11346 of 2020 dated 31.07.2020 in Cr.No.646 of 2020 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Thittchery Police Station, Nagapattinam District.

ORDER
(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11348 of 2020 dated 31.07.2020, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.
4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11348 of 2020 dated 31.07.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police first working day of every Month until further orders.

With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
