ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition to the effect that the petitioners is directed to appear before the respondent Police every Monday and Friday at 10.30 A.M, until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11148 of 2020 dated 27.07.2020 in Cr.No.1225 of 2020 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kodarachery Police Station, Thiruvarur District.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners is complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent Police on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
