ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 09.01.2026 made before the 2nd respondent requesting to rectify the errors in the T.S.L.R. records and to transfer the title in the name of the petitioner in respect of the land situated at Mitta Ayyamperumapatti Village, Patta No.495, Survey No.2/2, within a time frame fixed by this Court.
2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made a representation dated 09.01.2026 to the 2nd respondent seeking to rectify the errors in the T.S.L.R. records and to transfer the title in the name of the petitioner in respect of the land situated at Mitta Ayyamperumapatti Village, Patta No.495, Survey No.2/2. However, the said representation was not considered by the 2nd respondent even though the subject property was lawfully registered in the petitioner's name. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.
3.Ms.Inthu Karunakaran, learned Government's Counsel, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 09.01.2026 will be considered and disposed of within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government's Counsel appearing for the respondents. 5.Considering the submission made by both parties and in view of the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 09.01.2026, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
