S.A.No. 961 of 2016 N.SENTHILKUMAR. J This Court was pleased to pass judgment and decree dated 14.03.2024 with a direction to the First Appellate Court to restore the original application under Order 41 Rule 27 of CPC within a period of three months.

2. It is reported by learned counsel for both sides that the Registrar of the High Court also received the communication letter dated 06.07.2024 from the First Appellate Court seeking extension of time.

3. Acceding to the request made by the First Appellate Court, the time frame for disposal of the A.S.No. 24 of 2012 is extended by three months from the date of the letter i.e. 06.07.2024.
