O R D E R

The present petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the F.I.R. in Crime No.229 of 2015 on the file of the Pudhu Nagar Police Station, Cuddalore District and to quash the same.

2. A complaint has been lodged by the 2nd respondent as against the petitioner for the alleged offence under sections 147, 294(b), 352, 506(i) IPC. in Crime No.229 of 2015 on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

file of the respondent police. The present petition has been filed to quash the said F.I.R.

3. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the respondent police has completed the investigation and the charge sheet is also ready and the respondent police will file the charge sheet within a short span of time.

4. Since already the investigation has been completed, this Court cannot entertain this petition. Hence, the criminal original petition stand dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh application after the filing of the charge sheet. The respondent police is directed to file the charge sheet before the concerned Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2015 is closed.
