The petitioner's husband, being an employee of a private firm, was allotted a plot on 22.07.1997. After the death of her husband on 30.07.2011, the petitioner made a representation on 01.09.2015 seeking allotment and Sale Deed in her name. On its non consideration, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation, a direction is issued to the respondent no.2 to pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
