The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under section man missing and altered into U/s. 364(A) in Crime No.223 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant namely Karthiga is lodged the complaint before the respondent and stating that on 30.03.2024, her husband went to buy a milk in his car. Thereafter, her husband has not returned home therefore she lodged a complaint of man missing before the respondent. Subsequently, defacto complainant's husband came to home and stated that this petitioner and other accused have kidnapped him for demanding money. After knowing his financial position, they have released him.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any such offence as alleged by the prosecution. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. However, on instructions, the learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court and he prays to grant anticipatory bail to
the petitioner.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner along with other accused forcibly taken away the husband of the defacto complainant, since because he has taken some photos of petitioner and other accused discharging tobacco product to the public. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, considering the gravity of the offence and also considering the submissions made by learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this Court is of the view that the case needs detailed investigation and this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 06.06.2024 nsl
