ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in P.R.C.No.16 of 2023 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.II, Krishnagiri, Krishnagiri District, thereby taking cognizance for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 302 & 120B of IPC, as against the petitioner.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

When this Court about to dismiss the petition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition. He also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.

Considering the submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
