ORDER
The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to enforce the provision of Sugar control order 1966 and to release the arrears amount from the Joint Custodial amount held by the third respondent and to save the life of the petitioner.
2. According to the petitioner, who appeared as party-inperson, he submitted a representation dated 19.05.2018 to the respondents, seeking payment of arrears as per Section 3(8) of Sugar Control Order 1966, but, the same has not been considered by the respondents. Hence, the present writ petition.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that the first respondent would consider the representation of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.05.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as any interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
