Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 3rd Respondent in its Proceedings Letter No.M/C.14/AC Waiting Hall/MS/2015 dated 15.09.2015, and quash the same and direct the Respondents to accept the Petitioner's termination letter dated 07.09.2015 and have the contract for manning the Air Condition Passenger Waiting Hall at Egmore Railway Station terminated with effect from 10.03.2016.

O R D E R

Challenging the order dated 15.09.2015, by which the petitioner was advised to pay the second half yearly license fee on or before 18.09.2015, failing which the contract will be terminated, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that by subsequent order dated 18.09.2015, the petitioner's contract was terminated and the petitioner was evicted.

3. In view of the said submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to invoke arbitration clause if he is aggrieved. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
