The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file a fresh petition.
