ORDER

The petitioner apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 296(b), 115(3), 118(1), 351(3) of BNS Act read with Section 4 of TNPHW Act in Crime No.24 of 2026 on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner has given some amount as loan to the defacto complainant's son, subsequently, he has not repaid the same. Hence, on the date of occurrence, the petitioner herein went to the house of the defacto complainant and attacked her and her husband with knife and caused severe injuries, which led to the registration fo the case. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner are innocents and they have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready to abide by any stringent condition that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that the petitioner got one similar previous case. Hence, he opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has one similar previous case, this Court is of the firm view that the petitioner does not deserve anticipatory bail.
