ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent to register the complaint dated 08.08.2015.

2. It is averred in the complaint that one Elavarasan had cheated the petitioner to the tune of Rs.4,00,000/- on the false promise that he will secure job for the petitioner's son in Railways. Since no action is forthcoming on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, he is before this Court seeking appropriate direction.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint was sent only by post and if fresh complaint is given necessary action will be taken.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, petitioner is directed to give fresh complaint to the respondent police in person alongwith the copy of this order and on receipt of the same, upon enquiry if material are gathered indicating commission of any cognizable offence, the respondent is directed to proceed further in accordance with law.
