To direct the Canara Bank, Puthur Branch, Trichy to make part payment of Rs.1,55,00,000/- from Term Deposit Account No.135000023427/1 for a sum of Rs.1,99,00,000/- lying with the Canara Bank, Puthur Branch, Trichy in the name of Minor V.Shrinidhi for purchasing a residential Apartment in the name of Minor V.Srinidhi and further permit the Petitioner to Lodge the Original Sale Deed with the Registry of this Hon'ble Court.

PRAYER in O.P.No.1058 of 2018 That the petitioner J.Vairamuthu may be appointed as Guardian of the person and property of the above said minor V.Shrinidhi (Female) fully described in the Schedule hereunder.
