The petitioner, who apprehends arrest in the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 318(3) and 336(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (B.N.S.) Act, 2023 and Section 66D of the Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008 in connection with the case in Crime No.Not known of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that a case in Crime No.3 of 2025 is pending against the petitioner. 3.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police and perused the materials on record.
