This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 139 days in preferring the above appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the appellant/Insurance Company.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 139 days is condoned.

4. Accordingly, C.M.P.No.4133 of 2021 is ordered.

5.Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

6. Registry is further directed to print the name of respondents counsel in the cause list, at the time of admission.
