MR.Haja Nazirudeen,AAG Assisted By Mr.M.Shahjahan, SPL GP Order This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to grant mini bus permit under the New Comprehensive Scheme in favour of the petitioner, based on the petitioner's application dated 03.11.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner is the operator of the mini bus. She had submitted an application on 03.11.2025 under the New Comprehensive Scheme for the grant of mini bus permit. Since the said application has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3.Mr.Haja Nazirudeen, learned Additional Advocate General, assisted by Mr.M.Shahjahan, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. He would submit that the application of the petitioner will be considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing all the parties, who have raised objections for the grant of mini bus permit to the petitioner. In fact, the counsel representing one of the objectors is also present before this Court today.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's application seeking for mini bus permit, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing all the necessary parties, which include the objectors, who are objecting the grant of mini bus permit to the petitioner, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the respective contentions.

6.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's application dated 03.11.2025 seeking for grant of mini bus permit under the New Comprehensive Scheme, after hearing all the necessary parties, which include the objectors, who are objecting the grant of mini bus permit to the petitioner, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
