O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The grievance of the petitioner is that complete action has not been taken in pursuance to his various representations made to the first two respondents to remove the encroachments made by respondents 4 to 8 in Survey Nos.500/10, 500/11, 501, 287, 293/2, at No.54, Mevalur Kuppam ''B'' Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kanchipuram District , which are Government land, lake, pond and poramboke.
2.Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn our attention to page 13 of the typed set to contend that even the Revenue Inspector has submitted a report on 19.10.2015 about the encroachments to the District Collector.
3.In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, we are of the view that the appropriate direction would be for the first respondent to get a complete enquiry done on the allegation of encroachments, if not already completed and if such encroachments are found, to take action in accordance with law, after notice to all concerned. The necessary exercise be completed within a maximum period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of the order, with notice to the petitioner. 4.Writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of.
