ORDER

This petition is filed for a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner.

In the petition, it has been stated that one R.Balamurugan, S/o.Rajendran and his wife Tmt.Ammu lodged a complaint as against the petitioner to the respondent stating false allegations and the respondent police under the guise of enquiry is frequently calling the petitioner and harassing the petitioner and thus prayed for appropriate orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that since the complaint is pending against the petitioner with the respondent, the petitioner is called for enquiry and only in order to avoid enquiry, the petitioner has filed this present petition.

4. Irrespective of the submissions made on either side, this Court is constrained to pass the following order: (i) The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry.

(ii) The respondent police is directed to conduct the enquiry in accordance with law, without harassing the petitioner.
