ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition case has been filed seeking to direct the learned Principal Family Judge, Coimbatore, to dispose of G.W.O.P No.761 of 2024 as expeditiously within the time frame by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition and taking note of the fact that the revision petitioner / husband wants to take care of the welfare of the two minor children and the respondent / wife is not permitting the revision petitioner to visit the children, this Court directs the learned Principal Family Judge, Coimbatore, to dispose of G.W.O.P No.761 of 2024 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
