Respondent Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 Cr.P.C., directing the respondent herein to register the First Information Report the case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 24.11.2015 register CSR No.1217/2015 and investigate the matter and to file the final report before the appropriate Court, within the reasonable time.

ORDER
The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking to investigate the complaint dated 24.11.2015 registered in CSR No.1217/2015 given by the petitioner.
2. In the petition, it has been stated that the petitioner is working in M/s. Info Services, which is located in Plot No.AP398, 17th Street, Ist Block, Anna Nagar West, Chennai 600 040 from the year 2014. It is further stated that the petitioner had taken leave on 9th, 12th, 13th, 14th and 16th of November 2015, due to heavy rainfall all over Tamil Nadu. She has also informed her leave to the reporting authorities i.e., Ms.Queeny, Mrs.Angel, Mr.Shivasas and Mr.Arputharaj. On 17.11.2015, when the petitioner meet her Managing Director and tried to explain the situation, he abused her outraging her modesty. It is further stated that deceiving her dignity emails have been chanted by the aforesaid officials of the company. Since the petitioner's personal life has been tested, she preferred a complaint before the respondent police.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that on receipt of the complaint CSR No.1217/2015 has been assigned and the matter is pending investigation. However, the petitioner is not ready and willing to co-operate for enquiry. it is also the submissions of the Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner had not attended the office for the past six months.

Considering the submissions made on either side, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court directs the respondent police to conduct enquiry in CSR no.1217 of 2015 and proceed further in accordance with law, if materials are gathered indicating commission of any cognizable offence, the respondent is directed to proceed further in accordance with law, as early as possible. The petitioner is also directed to co-operate with the enquiry.
5. This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
