O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for direction to respondents 1 and 2 to provide with police protection to the petitioner and her family members to enable irrigation of water from the common well existing at SF No.360/13 at E.Nallagoundampalayam village, Namakkal District to irrigate the agricultural land existing at SF No.360/2, 7, 10, 16 and 19 at E.Nallagoundampalayam village, Namakkal District by considering the representation of the petitioner herein dated 5.4.2025 2.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.04.2025 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner & the third respondent and giving them personal opportunity of hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a 2/4

period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
