ORDER
The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to call for the records of the 1st Respondent and quash its order dated 18.04.2024 in Proceedings No.56-00- 120198-000-1008INS.IV SRO and further direct the 1st respondent to conduct a fresh enquiry under Section 45-A of the Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948 by affording opportunity to the petitioner.
2. It is not disputed that the impugned order is appealable before the ESI Court. It is left open to the petitioner to agitate the impugned order before the ESI Court.
3.With the above observations, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions are closed. (K.Surender, J) 01-06-2026 cs
