By prima facie, it appears that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the de facto complainant, and the enquiry is still pending.

2. Considering the same, there shall be a direction to the respondent to complete the enquiry and pass further orders as to whether the case has to be registered against the petitioner or not.

3. With the above liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
