This is a petition to condone the delay of 427 days in re-presenting the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Considering the reasons assigned for the delay, the petition is ordered and the delay is condoned, subject to payment of Rs.500/- to the Mediation Centre attached to this Bench of High Court, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
