Respondents Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent herein to accept the returned applications submitted by the 4th and 5th respondents and to grant approval to perform the liver transplantation for 2nd and 4th petitioners (Recipients) from 3rd and 1st petitioners based on the application submitted on 05.03.2025 within a stipulated time period that may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

This writ petition is filed with a prayer to accept the returned application submitted by the 4th and 5th respondents and to grant approval to perform the liver transplantation for the 2nd and 4th petitioners (recipients) from the 3rd and the 1st petitioners, based on the application submitted on 05.03.2025.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits, since the application is yet to be decided and the same has to be decided by the 3rd respondent committee as per the Rules, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the application submitted by the petitioners dated 05.03.2025, as expeditiously as possible, and pass orders thereon, in accordance with law. The 3rd respondent shall act upon the production of the web copy of the order without waiting for the certified copy of the order. No costs.
