This Petition is filed seeking grant of stay of the judgment and decree dated 20.04.2021 passed in O.S.No.116 of 2007 by the III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore in respect of the relief of Specific Performance alone pending disposal of the above suit.

It is seen from the records that services have been completed in the appeal and this court by its order dated 17.09.2021 has granted interim stay of execution of sale deed alone, until further orders.
