Criminal Revision Petition filed under Section 397 read with 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to set aside the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Salem in C.M.P.No.656 of 2013 and direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Salem to return the petitioner's vehicle seized in Cr.No.51 of 2-13 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Prohibition Enforcement Wing, Salem City, Salem.

ORDER

The revision has been filed challenging the order dismissing the petitioner's application seeking to return of vehicle.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has produced a letter sent by the petitioner that already a confiscation proceedings have been initiated, and he has also paid the amount of Rs.57,250/- and the vehicle has been handed over to the petitioner.

3. Recording the above submission, since the vehicle has already been returned to the petitioner nothing remains for adjudication in this revision. 4 . In the above circumstances, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
