The petitioner has alleged certain fraudulent activities done by the second respondent and in this connection he gave a representation dated 29.03.2017 to the first respondent seeking for enquiry. Since his representation has not been considered for the past four months, the present petition has been filed.

2. Though the petitioner has sought for larger relief, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

satisfied if a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.03.2017

In view of the submission made, there shall be an direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.03.2017 on its own merits and after conducting preliminary enquiry shall file a necessary report/registered a complaint as per law. Such exercise shall be done within a period of two weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order.

4. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. No costs.
