Crl.M.P.No.7974 of 2022 in Crl.R.C.No.715 of 2022 D.BHARATHA CHAKRAVARTHY.J., This petition has been filed to exempt the petitioner from surrendering before the Appellate Court in pursuance to the judgment dated 02.03.2022 made in C.A.No.39 of 2013 on the file of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Kancheepuram District @ Chengalpet confirming and modified the judgment imposed the judgment dated 12.11.2013 made in C.C.No.82 of 2011 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Alandur, Chennai, pending disposal of the above Revision Case before this Court.

2.Inspite of the earlier direction of this Court, the petitioner has not surrendered.

3.Therefore, this petition is dismissed.
