O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner is that there is no progress in the investigation on his complaint dated 27.7.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. I am of the view that this reason may not be a sufficient ground to transfer the investigation. Nevertheless, since there was an order passed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.21365 of 2017, dated 10.10.2017, directing the respondents to conduct an enquiry on the petitioner's complaint, the submissions of the learned counsel cannot be brushed aside.

3. In these circumstances, the third respondent is directed to complete the investigation within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Such investigation shall be monitored by the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Taramani, on a day today basis.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
