Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the 1st respondent herein from issuing Fresh Food license in favour of the 2nd respondent for Hotel Sri Mahalingam having shop at Door No.4, West Cott Road, Royapettah, Chennai - 600 014, for the period from 01.04.2012 to 31.03.2013, pursuant to the representation dated 25.02.2012 to the 1st respondent.
