O R D E R

After the execution of Sale Deed in his favour on 23.02.2011, the petitioner made a request for transfer of patta to the respondent. On its non consideration, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the application made for transfer of patta, as seen from the acknowledgment of the Village Administrative Officer dated 13.07.2015, in and by which, the petitioner was asked to appear for an enquiry, a direction is issued to the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the application within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to 3rd parties.
