The petitioner made a representation dated 15.07.2015 seeking issuance of patta based upon the 2C patta given in her husband's name, who died on 18.03.2007, for the land in Survey No.55/B1 for an extent of one acre situated in Thinaikulam, Jallipattu Village, Udumalaipet Taluk, Tirupur District. Seeking early disposal of the pending representation, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation, a direction is issued to the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
