CRIME NO.522 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police station Every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders orders imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.604 of 2022 dated 11.01.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SASIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.604 of 2022 on 11.01.2022 to report before the respondent police station every Tuesday at 10.30 am until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for an interrogation.
