ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the writ petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to implement the order dated 19.07.2014 and remove all the illegal encroachments/temple structures found in the reserve site of DTCP approved lay out in S.F.No.355/1, Ward No.28, Saravanmpatti, Coimbatore Municipal Corporation.

2.Mr.J.Sathyanarayanaprasad , learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submits that in view of the pendency of the writ petition, the order could not be implemented and the same shall be implemented within a period of four weeks. 3.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
