ORDER

The present application has been filed to grant leave to the applicants/plaintiffs to file the suit to sell the property situate at 105, Kandalore Village, Cheyur Taluk, Chengalpet District.

2. When the matter was taken up yesterday (06.08.2025), there was an objection raised by Mr.R.Thiagarajan, learned counsel, who would indicate that another suit is pending before this Court. Hence, the matter was listed before this Court today for providing the necessary details.

3. However, when the matter is taken up today, there is no representation by the learned counsel, who had objected to the grant of leave.

4. Considering the fact that the suit had been initiated under Section 92 of C.P.C., for sale of the Trust property, which is situated outside the jurisdiction of this Court, however, the Trust, which has filed the suit under Section 92 of C.P.C., is functioning within the jurisdiction of this Court, leave is granted as prayed for.

5. As a corollary, Registry is directed to number the suit, if it is otherwise in order.
