The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest pending investigation in C.C.No.3627 of 2017 on the file of Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Special Court for exclusive Trail of CCB Cases, in Crime No.441 of 2015 on the file of the respondent..
