Side) COMMON ORDER The petitioner shall granted bail on condition and not complied the same and sought for extension of time twice. Despite such extension he has not complied the condition and this is a third petition. Since March 2025 after obtaining anticipatory bail the petitioner had failed to comply the condition in spite of granting two extensions.

2. This Court is not inclined to grant extension of time. Hence, petition for extension of time stands dismissed.
