This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6077 of 2023 dated 23.03.2023 that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m.

and 5.30 p.m., until further orders".

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6077 of dated 23.03.2023, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
