ORDER
This petition has been filed for direction to direct the third respondent to register F.I.R. on the complaint of the petitioner dated 07.11.2022, as per the order dated 11.01.2023 passed in Crl.M.P.No.523 of 2023 by the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai and file final report within the time limit.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that as directed by the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, the complaint lodged by the petitioner was enquired and the same was closed. The closure report has also been filed before the said Court on 28.04.2023 itself.
