ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondent to register his complaint dated 20.10.2015.

2. Petitioner being a social worker has lodged a complaint against the persons who are encroaching in the N.S.C.Bose Road and doing vending business. Though he has lodged a complaint on 20.10.2015, till date no action was taken. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that already a complaint had been registered in CSR.No.546 of 2015 and since the petitioner had not come forward for enquiry, the same has been closed.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in a manner known to law.
