This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to permit the petitioner exempting her to pay the Court fee of Rs.14,000/- in the C.M.A.SR.No.61406 of 2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner has filed the Appeal for enhancement of compensation. Along with the Appeal, the present Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking exemption of Court fee of Rs.14,000/- on the ground that even though the award has been passed on 31.01.2019, so far the Transport Corporation has not deposited the awarded amount and that apart, due to the pandemic Covid-19, the petitioner is not in a position to pay the Court fees.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered, exempting the petitioner to pay the Court fee, at present, with a direction to pay the same at later stage. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order.
