O R D E R

Based upon the Sale Deed dated 19.03.2012, the petitioner made a representation to the respondent no.4 seeking issuance of patta. In the said representation, the petitioner has stated that she, along with her husband, has purchased the property situated in Survey No.110/2A in Patta No.1863 for an extent of 0.59 cents in Erayur (Vaipur 'B' Block) Village. However, due to the objection by the private respondents, the same has not been considered. Now, seeking disposal of the representation dated 03.07.2015, followed by a remainder dated 11.07.2015, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation, a direction is issued to the respondent no.4 to dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner as well as to the private respondents.
