ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Court had by order dated 27.07.2021 granted bail to the petitioner vide Crl.O.P.No.13179 of 2021 to attend the last rites of his deceased father. Further, this Court had directed the petitioner to surrender before the Jail Authorities concerned at 5.30 p.m. on 28.07.2021.

2. It is reported that the petitioner in due compliance of the order has surrendered before the prison authorities on 28.07.2021 at 3.40 p.m.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
