O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7693 of 2020 dated 19.05.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7693 of 2020 on 19.05.2020, regularly and hence, he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioners by this Court in Crl.O.P No.7693 of 2020 dated 19.05.2020, is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

5. Accordingly,this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
