ORDER

The writ petition is filed challenging the order of the 2nd respondent dated 16.07.2013, in and by which, the petitioner's cheque signing power was taken away and given to the Block Development Officer. The petitioner was functioning as Vice President and during that period, this impugned order was passed.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 3 and learned counsel for the respondents 4 & 5.

3. In view of the fact that the period of the petitioner had already expired, no further adjudication is necessary. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
