This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to register FIR on basis of the above complaint dated 25.02.2020 in C.S.R.No.163 of 2020. 2.Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, he was issued C.S.R.No.163 of 2020 and after conducting the detailed enquiry, the same was closed on 17.09.2020 itself.

3.Recording the said submission, this petition is devoid of merits and the same is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint before the appropriate Court.
