The present application is filed to condone the delay of 301 days in challenging the adjudication by the Official Liquidation.

2. The Deputy Official Liquidator represents the Company in Liquidation.

Upon considering the affidavit in support of the application and, in particular, paragraph No.16 thereof, the applicant has made out a sufficient cause to condone the delay. Accordingly, Comp.A.No.296 of 2021 is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
