Heard.

This writ petition has been filed, praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 31.10.2014.

At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to submit a fresh representation to the second respondent and on such submission of the representation, the second respondent may be directed to dispose of the said representation, in the manner known to law. In view of such submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, this Court finds it appropriate to permit the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the second respondent, within a period of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such a representation, the second respondent shall consider and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks, thereafter. The writ petition is disposed of, with the above directions. No costs.
